**Join Our Dynamic Labor and Delivery Team!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Travel RN - Labor & Delivery (L&D) - **Location:** Dallas, TX - **Shift:** 7 PM to 7 AM - **Assignment Length:** 13 weeks - **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 / 40 **Unit Highlights:** - **Unit Type:** High risk obstetrical unit, labor and delivery - **Number of Beds:** 24 - **Patient Ratios:** Generally, 2:1 and 3:1 in triage, subject to AWHONN staffing ratios - **Equipment:** GE fetal monitors - **Documentation System:** Meditech, CPN **Key Requirements:** - **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in high-risk labor and delivery care - **Special Skills Necessary:** - High risk obstetrical bedside training - Circulating in c/sections in labor and delivery - Recovering high acuity patients **Preferred Skills:** - Intermediate AWHONN fetal monitoring certificate **Procedures Performed on Unit:** - Vaginal deliveries - C-sections - D&C - Post-delivery recovery care **Dress Code:** - **Scrub Color:** Standard Scrubs - **Nail Policy:** Clean and healthy, no artificial nails - **Hair:** Neat and clean, no extreme styles or colors, pulled back if shoulder length or longer - **Tattoos:** Body art should be covered whenever possible - **Piercings:** Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited **Unit Guidelines/Policies:** - **Floating Guidelines:** Ability to float to antepartum unit within Women’s - **Attendance Policies:** Company-wide attendance policy will be followed **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
