**Exciting Opportunity for RN in Labor & Delivery!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** RN – Labor & Delivery - **Location:** Weatherford, TX - **Unit:** L&D (707) - **Shift:** 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM - **Assignment Length:** 13 weeks - **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week - **Weekend Requirements:** Rotating weekends - **Call Requirements:** No call required **Unit Highlights:** - **Number of Beds:** 4 Labor, Delivery, and Recovery (LDR) rooms - **Patient Ratios:** 1:1 for patients in labor, 2:1 for others - **Documentation System:** Meditech / CPN - **Scheduling:** Every other weekend - **Floating Policy:** No floating **Required Skills:** - Must have at least 2 years of hospital specialty experience - Proficient in labor and delivery, recovery, and immediate newborn care (golden hour baby care) - Experience in PACU for C-sections - Certifications: - BLS - NRP - AWHONN - Capable of circulating for C-sections **Preferred Skills:** - Ability to scrub C-sections - Experience with Meditech documentation system **Patient Care Experience:** - Familiarity with the AIDET framework and bedside shift reporting **Dress Code:** - **Scrubs:** Provided by the facility - **Nail Policy:** Must be clean and healthy - **Hair:** Neat and clean; no extreme styles or colors - **Facial Hair:** Clean and neatly trimmed beards, mustaches, and sideburns - **Tattoos:** Should be covered whenever possible - **Piercings:** Only ear piercings allowed; visible piercings are prohibited **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
