• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,730-$1,820

Job Requirements

• Active Texas RN license required; temporary licenses are not accepted
• Minimum 2 years of hospital or specialty experience in labor and delivery nursing
• BLS certification required
• WHONN certification required
• Experience with labor and delivery, recovery, immediate newborn care, and golden hour baby care
• Ability to circulate C-sections; scrub experience is preferred
• Meditech experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality patient care during labor, delivery, recovery, and immediate newborn transition
• Support C-sections by circulating in the OR and assisting with unit procedures
• Monitor patients using strong bedside assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to maintain an efficient, patient-centered workflow
• Follow unit policies, documentation standards, and attendance expectations
• Contribute to a professional healthcare environment with attention to cleanliness, grooming, and patient privacy
