Labor and Delivery RN Opportunity - Make an Impact! - **Location:** 509 Biltmore Ave, 4th Floor, G Tower - **Unit:** Labor and Delivery (707) - **Shift:** 6:45AM - 7:15PM **Unit Highlights:** - **Number of Beds:** 16 - **Staffing:** Over 120 dedicated professionals - **Patient Ratios:** 1:1, 1:2 - **Type of Equipment:** Baxter Pumps, Phillips electronic fetal monitoring - **EMR Systems:** Cerner, Fetal ink **Ideal Candidate Profile:** - **Must-Have Skills:** - 2+ years of Labor and Delivery experience - High-risk experience - Proficient in immediate newborn care - **Preferred Skills:** - Experience in circulating roles **Typical Procedures:** - Vaginal Deliveries - Cesarean Sections - D&C - Cerclage - C-Hyst **Personality Traits:** - Outgoing - Friendly - Adaptable **Required Certifications:** - NRP - BLS/ALS - Advanced Fetal Monitoring **Floating Areas:** - MFMU/MOMB/NICU **Dress Code:** - Scrubs provided **Weekends/On Call:** - Not required — available upon approval **Experience Required:** - Minimum of 2 years in the field --- **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
