Job Summary:
The healthcare provider is seeking an OB Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) with obstetric experience in labor and delivery, postpartum, and nursery settings. The position is located in the labor and delivery unit, requiring the nurse to work night shifts from 6:15 PM to 6:45 AM. The assignment involves a schedule of 36 hours per week, with every other weekend and rotating holidays. This role offers an opportunity to provide specialized maternal care in a dynamic clinical environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights, from 6:15 PM to 6:45 AM, totaling 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: ADN (Associate Degree in Nursing), and certifications including Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) Fetal Monitoring, and STABLE certification; no minimum experience specified, but at least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in labor and delivery, postpartum, and nursery clinical settings.
- Responsibilities: Providing direct patient care to women during labor, delivery, postpartum, and neonatal care, ensuring patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Additional Information: The shift hours are 12 hours long, starting at 6:15 PM and ending at 6:45 AM. The assignment begins on 08/31/2026 and concludes on 11/28/2026. Candidates must submit a professional profile along with at least two professional references for consideration.
