- Position Description: Float RN for Intermediate Care Unit, accommodating a 48 hours work week, with scheduled shifts spanning days. The role includes working every other weekend and alternating holidays.
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications include BLS (American Heart Association) and ACLS. Education and experience requirements include a nursing degree with at least 2 years of clinical experience. Candidates must have valid licensure; familiarity with Cerner Electronic Health Record system is preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Cerner EHR system.
- Additional Information: The position involves managing patient ratios of approximately 1:5, 1:6, with occasional 1:7 ratios, requiring adaptability and clinical competence.
