**Required Experience and Skills:** - 2 years of ICU experience required. - Epic experience required. - Skills required include: Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, Multi-system organ failure, IV insulin protocols, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, PICC line management, Starting IVs, Continuous IV sedation, Procedural Sedation Administration, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, BiPAP, Care of Ventilated Patients, High Flow Nasal Cannula, Interpretation of ABGs, Suctioning (ETT, NT), Ventilator Management, Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions/Use of PPE, Phlebotomy, Surgical Wounds with drains/Wound Vac. **Preferred Experience and Skills:** - Teaching Hospital Experience. - Travel Experience (first-time travelers accepted). **Certifications Required:** - BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support). - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support). **Certifications Preferred:** - BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing). **Additional Requirements:** - Must pass Relias EKG exam. - Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias required. - Candidates must be open to floating within their service line, possibly to oncology floors/ICUs. **Compliance Notes:** - Pending license accepted; MO or compact license required. - No local candidates accepted within a 75-mile radius. - All ACLS certifications must be obtained by compliance hard document deadline. **Licensure:** - For MO: Submission can occur without a license; requires MO or compact license. - For IL: License in hand required at time of submittal. - For Compact: License must match permanent residence. **Other Details:** - Candidates can sign for 36 or 48 hours per week. - Weekend requirement is every other weekend. - No on-call requirement.
