Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the ICU
- Float to Medical/Surgical Units as required, managing up to 4 or 5 patients
- Maintain accurate patient records using the EPIC EMR system
- Collaborate with medical team members to deliver optimal patient care
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Adult ICU experience
- 2 years of continuous work experience in one location, preferably a MICU
- Must be able to read Tele Strips; Telemetry competency required
- Active Massachusetts RN License
- AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications required
