Job Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission
- Current AHA BLS required
- AHA ACLS and NIHSS required for ICU / CCU nursing care
- At least 1 year of ICU Registered Nurse experience required; 3 years preferred
- PALS and TNCC preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced critical care environment
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to acutely and critically ill patients with life-threatening conditions
- Perform advanced patient monitoring, comprehensive assessments, and nursing interventions
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support safe, high-quality patient outcomes
- Respond to changes in patient condition with urgency, clinical judgment, and ICU nursing expertise
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold unit standards for patient care and safety
- Support a positive, professional, and team-oriented Intensive Care Unit environment
