**Join Our Dynamic Medical Step-Down Team!** - Are you a passionate Registered Nurse looking to take your career to the next level? - We are seeking a dedicated RN for our Medical Step-Down unit where you can make an impactful difference in patient care! **Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional care to patients who require Medical Step-Down level of care. - Collaborate with a skilled team to ensure the highest standards of medical attention and patient support. **Mandatory Qualifications:** - Minimum of 1 year of critical care or step-down experience. - Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio. - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association ONLY. - Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association ONLY. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or other professional certification recognized by the Magnet Association. - 2 years of critical care or step-down experience. **Shift Information:** - Two shifts available: - Days: 12-hour shifts - 7am-7pm - Nights: 12-hour shifts - 7pm-7am - Holiday and weekend rotation required. **Required Licenses/Certifications Prior to Start:** - RN license - BLS from AHA - ACLS from AHA **Minimum Years of Experience:** - 1 year **Certifications / Requirements:** - ACLS - BLS/BCLS **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
