We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU to provide compassionate, high-quality care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and overall condition.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Recognize changes in patient conditions and respond appropriately.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Follow infection control, safety, and hospital policies.
- Float between ICU units as needed to support staffing requirements.
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience.
- BSN required.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong critical-thinking, communication, and clinical skills.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
