Travel CVICU/ICU RN – Quick Highlights Contract: 13 or 18 weeks — Winter contract option Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM Schedule: 3 × 12 hours Experience: 2 years required Openings: 2 RNs Required Open-Heart Experience: CABG Post-op valve Impella IABP CRRT Patient Ratios: 1:2 Critical Care / 1:3 Intermediate Certifications: AHA BLS & ACLS License: Valid Ohio RN license Education: ADN or BSN EMR: EPIC experience required Skills: Vents, NIH, IV starts, ICP, conscious sedation, telemetry/EKG interpretation EKG: Online EKG/dysrhythmia competency assessment required within 72 hours of signing Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and minimum every other holiday RTO: Up to 14 days; must be submitted upfront—no RTO after offer Floating: Traveler is first to float; may float within specialty clusters or to nearby Premier facilities Modules: Up to 24 hours of orientation modules are billable Local: Local travelers not accepted; 50-mile radius rule Cancellation: Facility may cancel up to 2 shifts during a 13-week contract due to low census Important: Block scheduling is not guaranteed.
