Job Requirements

• Active RN license in Oklahoma or a compact state license
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
• Travel nursing experience required
• Community hospital experience required
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, CPI, NIHSS, and ISTAT certifications required
• Ability to care for patients with ratios of 1:2 to 1:3
• Meditech experience preferred
• Strong compliance readiness for submission

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality critical care nursing to adolescent and adult ICU patients
• Monitor and manage complex conditions such as respiratory failure, sepsis, DKA, COPD, arrhythmias, and multisystem organ failure
• Perform ICU interventions including arterial line care, central line management, blood product administration, ventilator support, and vasoactive drip titration
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate efficient, patient-centered care
• Support infection prevention, emergency response, and patient safety practices
• Maintain accurate documentation and adapt to changing patient needs in a dynamic hospital nursing setting
