Description
Join the ICU team at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, IN as a Travel ICU RN. This acute care assignment offers experienced critical care nurses the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population, including respiratory, trauma, neuro, cardiac, renal, and OB cases.
Highlights
- 13-week travel assignment
- Day shift: 3x12s, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- 1:2 patient ratio
- Self-scheduling
- ICU-only assignment — no routine floating to the medical floor
- May float to Stepdown as needed
- Cerner charting
- 36 private ICU beds, with 24 utilized
- Navy blue scrubs
- Block scheduling may be accommodated based on unit needs
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of critical care/ICU experience
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- NIHSS certification
- Strong critical care experience required
- Comfortable caring for respiratory, trauma, neuro, cardiac, renal, and OB patients
- Must be willing to work weekend rotations
- 100-mile radius rule applies; no candidates within 50 miles
