Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at a healthcare facility located in The Dalles, Oregon. Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; ICU experience preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor required; EPIC electronic medical record system experience required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Acute care facility experience preferred.
- Additional Information: The role involves collecting patient health data, analyzing assessment information, developing care plans, coordinating care delivery, and participating in discharge planning. The nurse will collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to provide a safe, healing environment. Responsibilities also include delegating tasks to team members and ensuring compliance with organizational vaccination policies.
