Intensive Care Unit (ICU) registered nurse located in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing specialized, high-quality patient care within the ICU setting, supervising ancillary staff, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team. Job Details:
- Shift Time: Nights (12-hour shifts)
- Shift Hours: 12 hours per shift
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
- Start Date: 08/31/2026
- Required Qualifications: Valid registered nurse license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification prior to first shift, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification prior to first shift, ICU experience, 1 year of clinical experience, valid license to practice in the state of Pennsylvania, and ability to work nights.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior ICU experience of at least 2 years, additional certifications such as Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or trauma-specific training are a plus.
- Additional Information: The registered nurse will be responsible for performing nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission, developing individualized care plans, initiating discharge planning, and providing patient teaching. The role includes supervising nursing staff, participating in team conferences, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Active participation in professional development is encouraged to support ongoing growth. The position may require the nurse to assume charge responsibilities following orientation and to contribute to a positive team environment.
