Job Summary
The ICU (Intensive Care Unit) nursing position is located in Evanston, IL. This role requires delivering specialized patient care in a high-acuity environment with a focus on neuro and stroke patients. The assignment begins on 08/30/2026 and concludes on 11/22/2026, with a schedule of 12-hour night shifts and a minimum commitment of 36 hours per week.
Job Details
- Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Illinois License, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, EPIC Charting experience, 2+ years of ICU experience specifically in Neuro and Stroke care, submission of resume (updated), Skills Checklist (completed within 12 months), 1 Reference (completed within 12 months), IL License Verification, and a passed EKG test of 80% or higher at submission.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Neuro and Stroke patient populations.
- Float: Must be flexible to float to other units and potentially other facilities including Skokie, Highland Park, and Glenbrook.
- Additional Information: Orientation occurs on Mondays with hours of 8 hours paid at no bill. Credentials are due the Thursday before start date.
