Job Requirements

• 2 years of ICU nursing or critical care experience preferred
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Active Registered Nurse license in hand at time of submission
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• NIHSS and PALS preferred
• Epic charting experience required
• Strong proficiency with ventilator management, central lines, arterial lines, and vasoactive drips
• Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, high-acuity hospital environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and skilled care to critically ill medical-surgical ICU patients
• Monitor patients requiring ventilatory support, CRRT, and advanced cardiac monitoring
• Assess changes in patient condition, interpret rhythms and ABGs, and respond appropriately
• Administer IV medications and titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips per protocol
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient recovery and continuity of care
• Document accurately in Epic and follow unit standards for quality, safety, and compliance
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on exceptional patient care
