Travel ICU Float Pool Registered Nurse - $2,341 per week

TLC Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Columbus, Ohio.

**Title:** Critical Care Float Pool RN - Night Shift

**Schedule:** 
- Shift: Nights (3x12)
- Weekend coverage: Required (minimum every other weekend)

**Assignment Details:**
- Contract requirement: All contracts must extend through January 2, 2027
- Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week

**Requirements:**
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
- Ventilator management, telemetry, and IV start experience required
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Proficiency in EPIC charting system required
- Clinical proficiencies: IV starts, telemetry, ventilator management
- Key clinical skills: arterial/central line management, ABG interpretation, titration of vasoactive/cardiac drips, care of ventilated patients, blood product administration

**Roles & Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a critical care setting
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to plan and implement patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safety and effectiveness
- Document patient care activities accurately in the electronic health record
