### Exciting Opportunity: ICU RN in Hawaii - Start ASAP! **Job Description:** - Join our dynamic ICU team where you will coordinate and provide exceptional care. - Work with a diverse patient population including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. - Be part of a specialized unit handling surgical patients and those with serious respiratory and cardiac conditions. - Our ICU features: - 4 beds/rooms - Patient Ratio: 1:2 depending on acuity - Additional nursing support when needed (e.g., if managing a vented patient) - Flexibility required: - Open to working any shifts, with a commitment to 80 hours every 2 weeks (no exceptions). - Night and rotating shifts available, with holiday coverage required. - Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of ICU/CCU RN experience - Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS recommended - Emergency room experience is a plus! - Orientation and Training: - Comprehensive hospital orientation through HR followed by unit-specific training. - 1-2 day shifts with the nurse manager, then 1-2 night shifts with staff RNs. - Orientation/competency binder must be completed. - Opportunities to float: - Potential to assist in OB, MS, PACU, and ER according to individual competency levels. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
