Travel RN – Home Health / Case Manager
Location: Barre, Vermont
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days | Monday–Friday (Weekend rotation approximately every 4th week)
Requirements
- Active Vermont RN License (required at time of submission)
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health RN experience
- OASIS experience required
- Previous Home Health travel experience preferred
- Case Management experience preferred
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred
- Current BLS Certification
- COVID-19 Vaccination Required (No Exemptions)
