Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Assignment
Location: Grand Junction, Colorado
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Monday–Friday, Day Shifts
Scheduled Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Compensation:
Pay Rate: $59/hour
Weekly Pay: Up to $2,124/week (including stipend)
Weekly Stipend: $1,246/week
Taxable W2 Rate: $24.38/hour
Non-Taxable Stipend: $34.61/hour
Overtime: Available after 40 hours worked
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Grand Junction, CO. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and ensure compliance with facility policies and nursing standards.
Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Active RN License (State License Required)
Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience
Current BLS Certification (AHA required)
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Previous travel nursing experience preferred but not required
