Job Summary:
Home Health Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) position in the greater King and Snohomish County area. This role involves providing hospice care services in a home health setting, with an emphasis on patient advocacy, comfort, and clinical expertise. The assignment offers a consistent evening schedule and is ideal for experienced hospice RNs seeking a temporary opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patient care.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 8-hour evening shifts, Friday through Tuesday, with hours from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid Washington State nursing license; hospice experience required; home hospice experience preferred; case management experience preferred; EPIC electronic health record system experience preferred; minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; coverage area includes King/Snohomish County; must be willing to see patients in different territories as needed; 30 days cancellation policy.
- Preferred Qualifications: Admission experience in hospice settings; experience floating across counties; familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
- Additional Information: All documentation is due the Friday prior to the start of each week. The assignment begins on 08/31/2026 and ends on 11/29/2026. This is a contract opportunity with specific coverage area considerations that are subject to change depending on staffing needs.
