Job Description:

This role requires a Registered Nurse experienced in High Acuity Float Pool, with proficiency in EPIC and prior floating experience. The nurse will work in various units, including Critical Care, Med Surg, and more, managing patients with medical, surgical, neuro, and cardiac conditions. Required certifications include BLS and ACLS.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care for high acuity patients in a float pool setting.
• Titrate drips and manage common titratable and set rate drips.
• Work with a nurse-patient ratio based on acuity levels.

Requirements:

• MUST have EPIC Experience.
• MUST have prior floating experience.
• 2 years of ICU experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• WA or Compact RN License required.
