**Exciting Opportunity: RN Float Pool - Nights** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team as an RN Flex Pool Nurse! - Enjoy the excitement of working across various medical and surgical units. - Work 12-hour night shifts (1845-0715) with a scheduled 36 hours per week following orientation. - Experience a diverse range of procedures and patient care responsibilities. **Key Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2 years nursing experience required. - Current certifications: BLS, ACLS (Preferred: PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, ENPC). - Active State of Hawaii nursing license required by the start of your assignment. **Unit Details:** - Float between the following units: - Medical Unit (77 beds) - Laulima Surgical Acute Unit (18 beds) - Cardiovascular Unit (15 beds, rare occasions) - Nurse-to-patient ratios: - Medical: 1:6 for days/evenings, 1:8 for nights - Laulima: 1:6 - Cardiovascular: 1:4 **Equipment Utilized:** - Meditech EMR - Pyxis - Wound vac - Chest tubes **Dress Code:** - Professional nursing attire; clean scrubs required. **Training & Orientation:** - Comprehensive orientation provided for each unit to ensure you are fully equipped for success. **Holiday Coverage:** - Be prepared to offer exceptional care during holidays. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
