Description
As an ER RN, you will provide critical care to patients in emergency situations. Your role involves assessing patients, performing clinical procedures, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This position requires strong clinical skills, the ability to recognize changes in patient conditions, and effective communication with patients and families. You will have a rotating schedule of 3 x 12-hour night shifts, allowing for work-life balance while engaging in a fast-paced environment.
