Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER)
📍 Location: Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin
🏥 Facility: Fort Memorial Hospital
⏳ Contract: 13 Weeks
🕐 Schedule: 3×12-Hour Shifts/Week
Emergency Room for a 13-week assignment at Fort Memorial Hospital in Fort Atkinson, WI.
This opportunity is ideal for an ER RN who is comfortable working PM/night shifts, weekends, holidays, and scheduled call.
Schedule

3×12-hour shifts per week

Day/PM options:

10:45 AM – 11:15 PM
-
2:30 PM – 3:00 AM

Weekend and holiday rotation required

Call: 8 hours every 4 weeks

Call is divided into 4-hour blocks:

11:00 PM – 3:00 AM

3:00 AM – 7:00 AM

Approximately 24 total call hours during the 12-week assignment
Requirements
-
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience

BLS required
-
ACLS required
-
PALS required
-
TNCC preferred
-
NIHSS preferred
-
Active Wisconsin RN license or Compact State license must be in hand at time of submission

Must be available for weekend and holiday rotation
-
Any RTO must be provided at the time of submission

DOB must be included with submission

Required certifications must be submitted in the original submission email
Compliance

Active WI or Compact RN license required at submission

BLS, ACLS, and PALS required

TNCC and NIHSS preferred

COVID-19 vaccination required; medical/religious exemptions only
