Job Details:

**Required Experience and Licensure:** - 2 years of experience in a relevant field is a hardstop requirement. - At least 1 year of experience required. - Valid Compact State License must be in hand at submission. **Certifications:** - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) - Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) **Preferred Experience:** - Previous Charge Experience preferred. - Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Experience preferred. - Trauma Level I Experience preferred. - Trauma Level II Experience preferred. **Skills:** - Experience in Charting System required; Epic system experience preferred. - Skills in BiPAP/CPAP management, care of ventilated patients, central line care/management, IV vasopressors, management of dysrhythmias, and triage. - Experience in CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), isolation precautions/PPE, and working in a Level II Trauma Center. **Patient Care and Scheduling:** - Experience with patient ratios 1:3 across days, nights, weekends. - Required to cover 6 weekend shifts per six weeks. **References:** - 2 references covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years required during the compliance process and prior to start. Can include Charge RNs/Lead. **Additional Requirements:** - Community Hospital Experience required. - Must include response to Providence facility employment history with submission.
