**Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurses in the Emergency Department!** - Are you ready to make a real impact in the lives of patients? - Join our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department! - Work night shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM (3x12s) and be part of a fast-paced, rewarding environment. **Your Role:** - Take charge of providing exceptional care to Emergency Room patients. - Utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. - Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment for safe patient care delivery. - Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training. - Delegate patient care priorities based on the education and experience of staff. - Provide direction and supervision for assigned personnel delivering patient care. - Float to different areas as needed to ensure quality care. **Requirements:** - Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a similar setting. - Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications. - Active Arizona Nursing License required. - Experience with Cerner EMR preferred. - Must be willing to float to different units as necessary. **Additional Information:** - Facility is Trauma Level III Certified, Stroke Receiving, and STEMI Receiving. - Preferred experience in a charge nurse role (additional compensation available). **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** - At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country. - Enjoy competitive pay, seamless onboarding, and a supportive recruiter who’s with you every step of the way. - Join us — where your expertise makes a difference every day!
