Job Summary:
The Emergency Room Nursing position is located in Fairfield, Iowa. This role involves delivering comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. The candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs while guiding ancillary staff and providing patient education.
Job Details:
- Position: Emergency Room Nurse (RN)
- Location: Fairfield, Iowa
- Schedule: Nights shift, 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, working Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with Tuesday off. The schedule includes six shifts per week, totaling at least 36 hours.
- Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with current Iowa RN license; BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required; no prior experience required, but experience is preferred.
- Additional Information:
- All required immunizations and physical must be completed prior to start date.
- Criminal background checks, verification of licensure, and health requirements must be provided within five business days of the start date.
- Candidate must complete mandatory reporter training and other specified certifications prior to starting.
