Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in a hospital setting. This position involves providing high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment, adhering to hospital protocols and safety procedures to meet patient needs efficiently and effectively.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certification in Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC); current nursing license; minimum of 1 year of professional experience in emergency care; location requirements; and educational credentials as specified.
- Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications and specialized experience in emergency patient management are preferred.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The role requires adherence to hospital SOPs, standards for patient safety, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal care. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
