Join our dynamic team of skilled professionals! - Shift: Nights 8P-8A - Weekend Requirement: Yes, 6 days in a 6-week schedule period - As a competent Nurse, you will: - Practice independently in a fast-paced clinical setting. - Deliver both routine and complex care while setting long-range goals. - Adapt to and manage contingencies in clinical nursing situations. - Delegate and assign tasks effectively, enhancing patient care and collaboration. - Key Responsibilities: - Meet OneCHRISTUS Competencies, including: - Leader of Self - Leader of Others - Leader of Leaders - Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: - Assessment, Diagnosis, Planning, Intervention, Evaluation - Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families. - Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness. - Document patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care provided. - Assess learning needs and educate patients and families on health issues and resources. - Job Requirements: - Education: - Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. - Experience: - 1 year of experience in related nursing specialty preferred. - Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications: - Current BLS certification (AHA only) - Current ACLS certification (AHA only) - Current PALS certification (AHA only) - Current TNCC certification required - RN License in the state of TX or compact required. - Position Requirements: - All new hires must complete New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days. - Precepted by designated trained staff member, with competency validation. - Participation in residency program or specific orientation available. - Completion of all annual competency verification requirements. - Work Schedule: - 3 Days - 12 Hours - Work Type: - Full Time **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
