**Join Our Dynamic Emergency Department Team!** **Job Description:** - **Unit Information:** - Type: Emergency Services - Total Number of Beds: 52 - Total Staff: 134 - **Staffing Overview:** - Day Shift: - 1 Charge Nurse - 4 Nurses - 1 Tech - 1 Unit Clerk - 1 Physician - 1 Midlevel per Pod - Night Shift: - 1 Charge Nurse - 4 Nurses - 1 Tech - 1 Unit Clerk - 1 Physician - 1 Midlevel per Pod - **Patient Ratios:** - Average: 3:1 - Low Acuity: 5:1 - Pediatrics: Team Nursing - **Equipment & Technology:** - Alaris for Medication delivery - EMR: Meditech / CPN - **Candidate Qualifications:** - **Must have:** - BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH certifications - Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital ED experience - **Preferred:** - ENPC certification - Experience with Meditech - Prior travel experience in large facilities - **Typical Procedures Performed:** - IV starts - Medication administration - Sedations - Pediatric care - **Ideal Candidate Traits:** - Thrives in a fast-paced ER environment - Diverse background with a quick learning ability - Comfortable collaborating with a youthful, energetic team - **Unit Policies:** - Expectation to scan patients' medications each time **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
