• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – 1 Charge RN, 2 7A – 7P RN's, 1 9A – 9P RN, 1 10A – 1P RN, 1P -1A 1 RN
  • Night Shift – 1 Charge RN, 1 3P – 3A RN, 2 RN's  7P – 7A RN, 1 RN for 4P – 3A or Unit Clerk or Paramedic
• Patient Ratios – 1 : 3-4

• EMR - Meditech

Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for:  (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role
 

• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH

Preferred or nice to have:  candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Central line insertion, chest tubes, thoracic lavage
• Intubations

• Patient care experience is a priority
