Job Requirements

• No minimum years of recent Emergency Department, ER, or acute care nursing experience required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency care environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility and reliability for scheduled travel nurse coverage

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients presenting with a wide range of emergency conditions
• Perform rapid assessments, triage, and ongoing patient monitoring in the Emergency Department
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support timely, effective care
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly
• Respond quickly and calmly to changing patient needs and urgent situations
