Tell us about the unit(s):
- Number of Beds -40
- Number of Staff – Approximately 65, missed with RN's, Paramedics and EMT's
- Type of staff:
- Day Shift – 1 CNC, 6 RN's and an EMT with multiple midshaft staff arriving at different times of the day
- Night Shift – 1 CNC, 6 RN's, 1 EMT and 1 Medic with midshifters leaving at different times throughout the night
- Patient Ratios – 4:1
- Type of equipment – IV Pumps, EV 1000, EKG machines, U/S machines and Client
- EMR - Meditech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- Minimum 1-year current acute care ED RN experience
- BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC and ENPC
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- Trauma level 1 or level 11 experience
- Prior Meditech experience

- Rapid assessment, stabilization and intervention
- Vitals and ECG
Best personality Fit:
- Experienced ER nurse who is a team-player, motivated and ambitious
- Patient care experience is a priority
