Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Department RN experience required
• Trauma nursing experience strongly preferred
• Current RN licensure and ability to work in an acute care emergency setting
• Ability to perform confidently in a fast-paced, high-acuity ER nursing environment
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work every other weekend and every other holiday

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to emergency department patients with varying acuity levels
• Assess, stabilize, and monitor patients presenting with urgent and emergent conditions
• Support trauma-related care and respond effectively to rapidly changing clinical situations
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver safe, efficient patient care
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record
• Maintain professionalism and flexibility while supporting the needs of a busy Emergency Department
