- Provide high-quality, patient-centered emergency nursing care
- Perform rapid assessments, triage, and critical interventions
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on care plans and follow-up
- Float as needed within scope and assist during high-volume periods
✅ Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum 1–2 years of Emergency Department RN experience
Education:
- ASN required | BSN preferred
Licensure & Certifications (Required):
- Active RN license (Montana or compact state)
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS
- PALS
- TNCC
