Job Requirements

• Active RN license with recent Emergency Room or Emergency Department experience
• At least 1 year of recent acute care nursing or emergency nursing experience
• Current clinical competence in ED workflows, triage, rapid patient assessment, and emergency care
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and adapt to dynamic patient volume in a busy hospital environment
• Strong communication, prioritization, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
• Completion of required onboarding health, compliance, and competency documentation

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients presenting with urgent and emergent conditions in the emergency department
• Perform timely assessments, interventions, and ongoing monitoring in a fast-paced ED setting
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support safe, efficient patient care
• Document patient care accurately and maintain adherence to clinical, safety, and hospital standards
• Respond calmly and effectively to changing patient needs and priorities throughout the shift
• Support a positive, patient-focused environment in a high-acuity emergency care setting
