• Position: CVOR RN (Cardiovascular Operating Room Registered Nurse)
• Location: Ann Arbor, MI 48109
• Employment Type: Travel RN Contract
• Start Date: 09/14/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Day/evening rotating shifts; 10-hour shifts
• Shift Duration: 10 hours
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,870 - $3,020
• Call: Weekend and weeknight call required
• Orientation: Approximately 24 hours
• Setting: Cardiovascular Operating Room

Job Requirements

• Active Michigan RN license in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of CVOR RN experience
• Previous travel nurse experience required
• ACLS, BLS, and CNOR certification required
• Strong scrub experience demonstrated in skills profile
• Experience with adult cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgery cases preferred
• Trauma Level I or Level II experience preferred
• Must be comfortable with day/evening rotation and on-call expectations
• Two manager or supervisor references required

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled circulating and scrub support in the CVOR
• Assist with high-acuity adult cardiac, thoracic, and vascular procedures
• Support complex cases such as CABG, valve procedures, ECMO, LVAD/RVAD, thoracic resections, and vascular repairs
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and organized operating room environment
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiology, and perioperative team members
• Follow sterile technique, universal protocol, and OR safety standards
• Participate in call coverage as scheduled
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented perioperative work environment
