Job Details
- Location: Temple, Texas, United States
- Work Schedule: M-W 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts) with on-call responsibilities
- Shift: AM
- Schedule: 36 hours per week
- Shift Hours: 12 hours per shift
- Length of Assignment: 13 weeks
- Nursings Role: Requires a Licensed Medical Professional with at least 2 years of experience in operating room cardiovascular (OR OH) surgery, including open heart, open vascular, and endovascular procedures
- Certifications/Degrees: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Required Qualifications: Certified in advanced cardiovascular life support; 2+ years of surgical experience in OR open heart procedures; licensure in the state of Texas or ability to obtain prior to start date
- On Call: Yes
- Float or Weekend Requirements: Only if called in
- Special Notes: Skill in handling complex surgical cases, critical thinking, and collaborative team work are essential
- Position involves working in a high-acuity surgical environment with a patient ratio of approximately 1 to 1, ensuring optimal patient care during invasive procedures.
