Description
In this role, you will provide critical care to patients in a 9 bed ICU, ensuring a high nurse-to-patient ratio. You will manage adult and occasionally stable pediatric patients, working 12-hour shifts with a schedule of 72 hours every two weeks. Responsibilities may include charge nurse duties and floating to other departments as needed. PALS certification and pediatric experience are essential.
