Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Cardiac Catheterization Lab – Kansas City, MO 64114
Start Date: August 31, 2026
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. On-call coverage required. Assignment duration is approximately 14 weeks through December 5, 2026.
Highlights:
- Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric populations in a cardiovascular laboratory setting
- Monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures
- Collaborate with physicians and the cardiovascular team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Travel assignment with competitive compensation including overtime and on-call rates
Requirements:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Current BCLS (AHA) certification required; ACLS certification required upon start and must maintain current
- Minimum 4 years of clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab performing cardiac procedures or in a Critical Care setting
- BSN preferred
- 12-hour orientation provided
