HIGHLIGHTS:

• Required License/Certs: WI RN & AHA BLS & AHA ACLS
• Minimum of 3+ years experience
• Required Skillset: Circulate IR, Cath & Structural Heart Procedures (Scrub is REQIURED for consideration)
• Primary Cases/Procedure Types: Cath, EP, IR, Vascular
• Shift: 8hr Variable Days (manager open to 10's)
• Shift times: 0630 and 0730 Start Times (must be flexible with the start time)
• FLOAT: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities - Float to ThedaCare Neenah Specials Department

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

• Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40
• On Call: Minimum of once per week. Weekends and Holidays as needed - 30 min response time
• Weekends: As needed - due to call
• Holidays: As needed - due to call

MORE INFORMATION:

• Contract Length: 16 weeks
• Start Date: ASAP
• NO NEW TRAVELERS - must have at least one completed contract
• Scrub Colors: Provided
• 50 MILE RADIUS RULE - no travelers coming from a facility or their home location is within 50 miles of ThedaCare Corporate in Neenah, WI
• Billing: Sunday - Saturday
• GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed
• REQUIRED EDUCATION: Associate Degree or Certificate
• HOLIDAY ROTATION REQUIREMENTS: As needed - due to call
• SHIFT NOTES: 8hr Variable Days
