Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Case Manager – Anchorage, AK 99508
Start Date: September 28, 2026
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Schedule: 5x8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday with every other weekend or 4 weekend days per 4-week schedule. Shift times vary between 07:00-17:00. 72 guaranteed hours per 2-week period. 13-week assignment with potential extension up to 1 calendar year.

- 407-bed acute care facility with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, rapid response, pharmacy, and social services
- Epic charting system with 24-hour orientation and ongoing support
- Manage caseload of approximately 30 patients focusing on discharge planning and care coordination

- Float within case management services to support departmental needs
Requirements:
- Active Alaska RN license required (pending licenses may be screened but license must be in hand for offer)
- Minimum 1-2 years of acute care hospital experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- BLS certification preferred
- ACM (Accredited Case Manager) certification preferred
- Experience with InterQual criteria, Milliman guidelines, ICD-10 coding, and pre-certification reviews preferred
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
- Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
- 2 professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
