LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Salisbury, North Carolina.
Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage cardiac and stroke patients, including telemetry interpretation
Administer and titrate cardiac drips (e.g., Cardizem, Dopamine, Amiodarone)
Provide pre- and post-procedure care for cardiac interventions
Assess patient conditions and respond to changes in acuity
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain accurate documentation
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar high-acuity cardiac/telemetry unit
Experience with IV starts, telemetry, cardiac drips, PCI, and pre/post cardiac procedures
Required Certifications & Licensure:
ACLS
BCLS
NIH Stroke Certification
