Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Nurse position available in Palo Alto, California. This role involves providing specialized nursing care within the cardiac catheterization lab, performing patient assessments, supporting diagnostic and interventional procedures, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes. The position emphasizes evidence-based practice and patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid California Registered Nurse (CA-RN) license; current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; at least 1 year of nursing experience; experience in Cardiology Cath Lab preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Neuroradiology and/or Vascular Radiology.
- Additional Information: The role involves supporting complex cardiac procedures, monitoring patient responses during interventions, and participating in multidisciplinary team activities. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to respond rapidly to clinical situations, utilize available technology for documentation and communication, and contribute to team building and continuous improvement efforts.
