Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) nurse in a community hospital setting. This role involves supporting cardiac catheterization procedures, patient monitoring, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols. The position is scheduled for day shifts with a focus on clinical excellence and patient safety.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Day shifts, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications:
- Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
- EPIC electronic medical records experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory setting
- Candidate must have uploaded Nursys verification of licensure within the last 2 weeks
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with patient sedation, documentation, and circulating procedures in a cardiac cath lab
- Previous experience working in a community hospital environment
- Additional Information:
- Local candidates accepted at local rate; 50-mile radius rule applies
- Work to commence on 09/15/2026, ending on 12/15/2026
- Candidates must complete labs within 3-5 days of contract signing
- All compliance documents due 10 days prior to start
- Max RTO allowed is 7 days per contract, with specified holiday RTOs, and only one holiday request per contract period
- Candidate must provide two references obtained within the last year
