Job Summary:
Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse in an unspecified location. This position involves providing direct patient care to adult and geriatric populations in the cardiovascular laboratory setting. The role requires continuous communication with physicians about patient conditions and participation in performance and quality improvement activities.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Active state Registered Nurse (RN) License required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association (AHA), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certificates upon hire and maintained current. One (1) year clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Laboratory performing cardiac procedures or in a Critical Care setting required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory setting.
- Additional Information: Responsibilities include monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, assisting with equipment maintenance and inventory, ensuring procedure room readiness, and recording patient conditions continuously during procedures. The role supports continuous quality improvement initiatives. The start date is August 31, 2026, with an end date of October 25, 2026.
