Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab) Registered Nurse (RN) Full-time position available in a healthcare organization. This role involves providing specialized care within a diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization laboratory, supporting patients with advanced heart failure and cardiac transplant needs. The position requires on-call responsibilities covering nights, weekends, and holidays, typically including one night per week and every 4th to 5th weekend depending on staffing needs.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid Nursys license, drivers license or state ID, completion of Ascension Profile, two professional references, updated resume, and one year of experience in a cardiovascular or cardiac catheterization setting.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a large advanced heart failure and cardiac transplant population.
- Additional Information: Position involves providing patient care in a diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization laboratory, supporting a complex patient population with cardiac transplants and heart failure. On-call responsibilities are part of the shift requirements, covering nights, weekends, and holidays.
